There is a private drive way with a max of 3 vehicles. A standard pontoon boat and a vehicle will also fit. 

Please read the house rules that you are in agreement to once booking is confirmed. 
 
If you damage the home, require excessive cleaning, or break any of the house rules you may forfeit the deposit and charged up to the full extent to repair/replace/cleaning. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded after the unit has been cleaned; 3-5 business days after check out time. 
 
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO BOOK THIS RESERVATION. If the guest does not meet the age requirement the booking will be cancelled. A government ID will be requested to be sent at the time of booking. 
 
1. Be respectful of neighbors and keep music at reasonable level during the day. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. 
2. NO smoking permitted inside home. Subjected to a $200/day smoking fee for the length of the rental agreement for additional cleaning. 
3. People other than those in the Guest party others may not stay overnight in the property. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses. Household items (towels, utensils, etc.) are not to be removed from the Property. 
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the rental rate, but we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. Any damages or stains to linen may be subjected to a fee at the owners discretion. 
6. The Property is equipped with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc but not restocked during guest stay. 
7. NO pets are allowed at the property and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Subjected to $200/day pet fee for the length of the rental agreement for additional cleaning. 
8. Assistance support animals are welcomed. Guest are asked to be transparent about their animals and animals must be house broken. Note that given their role in providing service support, assistance animals should not be left alone at the home. Upon booking the guest agrees to cover any expenses/damages caused by their animal during the stay. The guest may be asked to provide insurance incase of any incidents related to the animal (ie; any bites or attacks while on property) and any damages caused by the animal will be charged the same as any other guest. 
9. No dyeing of hair or other objects in the sinks or tub in the home. Guest will be subjected to cleaning fees or replacement cost due to staining.

Although we welcome infants the home is not equipped with baby gear. 

Please contact owner for the door code 24 hours before check in date. 
To "wake" the keypad long hold your finger over the right lower corner and then enter the code.  If there are random numbers lit up on the screen press them in any order to confirm use of the keypad and then enter the door code. 
For your privacy please unplug the security camera in the kitchen and plug it back in at check out.

Although the home is child friendly there are no child friendly items.
